Vision Statement
To implement timely, effective, and coordinated integrated behavioral and primary health care for those who seek services in Lac qui Parle and Swift Counties.
Lac qui Parle Behavioral Health Collaborative was created to coordinate and enhance services for people with behavioral health needs in our rural Minnesota communities. We have optimism that the community conversations and coordination of services will provide better outcomes to our patients who struggle everyday with mental illness and chemical dependency.
Our network is building community capacity to increase awareness of behavioral health needs and resources and to reduce the stigma associated with mental illness and chemical dependency.
